AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

Standard and Express shipping options are available at checkout.

For orders over $49 AUD, standard shipping is free.

For orders under $49, standard shipping is $9.7 AUD.

Express shipping is available on all orders for $12.70 AUD.

Shipping rates are based on current Australia Post services and may be updated from time to time.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.

During collection launches, promotional periods, public holidays, or other busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended. If there are any significant delays, we'll keep you updated.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post.

PRE-ORDERS

From time to time, selected pieces may be available for pre-order.

If your order contains a pre-order item, dispatch timeframes will be outlined on the product page. Please note that any additional items purchased within the same order may be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available.

LOST PARCELS

If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us and we'll lodge an investigation with Australia Post. We'll do our best to assist throughout the process and help find a resolution.

DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the packaging and affected item(s).

This helps us investigate the issue as quickly as possible.

PO BOXES

We happily ship to Australian PO Boxes through Australia Post.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE & SIGNATURES

Delivery instructions, authority to leave, and signature requirements are managed by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location, delivery service, and individual order.

RETURNED PARCELS

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
